Terms of Service

We design and build a website for your business and, once launched, host and maintain it. Applying is free and there is no charge to have your site designed and built. You review the build before any payment is due.

There is no charge to apply or to build your site. To launch your site you pay your first three (3) months of your selected plan upfront (for example, $111 on the $37/mo Starter plan). After launch, billing continues month-to-month at your plan's monthly rate. There is no separate setup fee.

Your site goes live within 24 hours after you send us the content we need (such as your logo, photos, services, and hours). If we do not launch within 24 hours of receiving your content, your first month of hosting is free. The 24-hour clock starts when we have your content — not at signup.

Your launch covers a three-month minimum. After that, your plan is month-to-month and you may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future billing; fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law or our published guarantee.

Your domain is registered in your name and remains yours. You retain ownership of the content and brand assets you provide. If you cancel, we will export your content to you so nothing is lost.

You agree not to use our service for unlawful content or activity. We may suspend service for violations, non-payment, or abuse.

We work hard to keep your site fast and secure, including a 99.9% uptime target, but the service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
